Its going to get pretty hard to attribute the ideas to the right people 
as time goes on, so we should all take a lenient approach to this. If 
the end result of this discussion is an Internet Draft, it will probably 
be a product of the entire SMTP-VERIFY subgroup which will include all 
of us.
