Single model or framework for reputation/trust

Wanted to get a feel from members if the idea of a single framework or 
model for reputation or trust is workable including looking at existing 
ideas such as Project Lumos, TEOS, etc. Any suggestions as to how to 
proceed specifically on this topic would be helpful.
