On the contrary.

I've read those proposals floating around, and wondered why there are
so many similar proposals and why people went crazy about SPF.

The reason is that they all did not see the problem we try to solve.
They all are sticking to the problem: "How do we transport information
through DNS?" And you would stick to the problem for months. And you
would be discussing in Seoul the differences between the proposals and
how they use DNS.

People are wasting they're time so solve a problem which actually does
not exist. If you give up trying to use DNS for what it not has been
built for, you won't have the problem anymore.

So skip this pseudoproblem and come to the main problem:
How to authorize senders of messages.

This is not a return to the starting point. This is a warp out of the
whole this discussion is sticking in.
