I believe Yakov put a complete and thorough end to this.  He and others are
also advising editors of these magazines of corrections or omissions.

It's not up to Meng or his followers to decide on a standard.  The BOF is to
determine if a working group is desired to continue LMAP-type work.  If it
is decided that a working group is desired, it will be that working group
that publishes drafts and proposes standards.  I get the impression that the
IETF successfully dealt with this kind of grandstanding before.

I'm backing John Levine and Yakov on this.  Let them do their unpaid jobs.
Cooler heads will prevail in Seoul.
