Just to be clear, the intent of the BCP isn't to standardize greylisting, but rather to write down what it is in general, what the variants are, their respective advantages and disadvantages, and then recommend best practices for a few common environments.  Also valid for discussion would be why some sites think it's a bad idea overall.
