Asynchronous BEEP draft status

Hi all,

At the 73rd IETF meeting in Minneapolis, I talked to Lars Eggert, who
has agreed to sponsor my asynchronous channels draft.  This means
that, pending review, this document will be published as a standards
track RFC.
