Re: WG adoption: Traffic Management Draft

Last year, we held a pre-re-chartering call for adoption on

Traffic Management Benchmarking

(see below)
and sufficient support was expressed to adopt the draft at
that time.  Now that our new charter is approved, we ask
again for everyone to take a look (by July 31st) and express support.

Note that this topic is one of our early milestones on the
new charter.

With discussion at the previous IETF-86 session, we're now asking the BMWG mailing list for reviews, comments and indication of support for the following draft:

Co-author Barry Constantine sent an email to the BMWG list on April 19th, when he submitted the aforementioned -01 revision of the draft, with great notes describing the update:
