This version -01 takes incorporates IETF 93 comments.

Reporting format sections (3.3; 4.3; 5.3; 6.3) include Scott's comments 
about repeatability:

'
  - The repeatability of the test needs to be indicated: number of 
iteration of the same test and percentage of variation between results 
(min, max, avg)'
