[ippm] IPPM/BMWG IETF 124 and Interim Joint Session

Dear IPPM and BMWG,

We are planning to do a joint 2h session for already adopted work at IETF 124 and a joint 2h interim session end of November where we discuss new work.

We choose this format to give new work more time to propose their work and facilitate discussions in the working groups, but also reserve 30 min time at IETF 124 to discuss the pros and cons of work group consolidation and its current and possible future charter.

We accept session requests starting October 3rd, when the preliminary IETF agenda has been published, for both the IETF 124 joint session and the joint interim session at end of November.

In the meanwhile we would like to find a suitable date and time for the interim meeting. We have also proposing various times to accommodate different time zones.
