Hi Med, Thank you for taking the initiative and proposal to move RFC 7799 to BCP. Definitions formulated in RFC 7799 are accepted and used not only throughout IETF but also by other SDOs. I enthusiastically support moving RFC 7799 from Informational to BCP.
