When I read a draft after reading some previous version of the draft
I do a diff. I do not know of any other IETF list that has produced
diffs of draft versions. I also can not find a list of differences
for versions of any draft except the ones that Doug used to publish.
Check for yourself. I could not find any.

The process seems to be that there is debate then at random times a
new version shows up. I have looked in several IETF lists and web pages
and I think you have been misled by someone on this list that is making
more false statements or is just trying to disrupt this list. It does
not
seem to be normal process. 

There also seems to be a lack of chair participation on this list.
It is very hard to find any consensus called even when there is a
overwhelming agreement.

If you noticed he also published the XML source on calsch.org and
his web site. And again I could not find any XML diffs published.
Do you know of any?
