Yes you could have Bugzilla forward all changes to the list. In Bugzilla users can "watch" other users and when changes occur they receive email. So you want to add a Bugzilla user that has the [email protected] email and make it watch everybody. It will receive email for all changes it watches so the list gets all the changes. That might be a bit cumbersome to setup. There might be something simpler with groups but I have not tried those.
