draft-hare-xcalendar-00

I've made slight revisions to my previously-mentioned xCalendar doucment, 
and submitted it to Internet-drafts as

draft-hare-xcalendar-00.txt   (text version)
draft-hare-xcalendar-00.htm (HTML version)

This will show up in the Internet Drafts index eventually. As before, I 
will send copies to those that want them.

One caveat - the example XSL is still somewhat in flux; for example it 
doesn't wrap lines at 75 characters. I'm still investigating the best way 
to do that in XSL.
