Calconnect Questionnaire on Recurrence - request responses by 11 April

I would like to thank those who have already responded to our request
last week to complete our Recurrence Questionnaire, and to ask for more
responses. If you haven't responded, please do so -- the more
implementations we have information about, the more valuable the
results will be to everyone.

We really need your responses by Monday evening, 11 April, as
we want to start looking at the results later next week.
