It seems to me that much of the editing work won't be done until after
the BoF anyways, so I'd think that our priorities should be finding a
BoF chair, seeking AD approval for the BoF, writing a proposed charter,
and lastly finding a WG chair and editor(s), in more or less that order.

As for editors, we should probably give prospective editors an idea of
how much there will be to edit.

We've got some drafts already or in the pipe and I'm willing to edit
those, but then, I'm the author or co-author of all of them.

How many other documents do we think there will be?

Do we want to obsolete the current base specs?  Or do we want to update
them?

How soon do you want to have an editor or editors available?
