Seeking Don Gilletti

We're in the final editorial stages for the CDI Scenarios document.  We do
not have any current contact information for Don Gilletti, formerly of
Entera and Cacheflow.

I would appreciate private email with any leads people can offer me in
finding him.  We can't publish the RFC until all listed authors have given
their OK.
