RE: exclusive checkout of VCR

Wouldn't the DAV: checkout-fork property of all the versions have to be
forbidden as well? Otherwise, the other user could just issue a CHECKOUT
request directly to the latest version, and get a working resource, thus
a non-exclusive checkout.
