Probing modifiable live properties

Hi,

At the moment we can probe the live properties a resource
supports through the supported-live-property-set property.
For a client it would be convenient to be able to also probe
the supported live properties that can be modified. This way
it can present only those properties to the user, instead of
letting hime/her try to change a property value in vain. A
modifiable-live-property-set property could be introduced
for this.
