Thank you John, those comments are very helpful indeed and make the
document more readable.
I've just submitted -13 which contains the corresponding changes.

Good point! It looks like 'replaced-by' metadata can only be edited by
the WG chairs.
Bernie, Tim - could you please add 'draft-ietf-dhc-addr-registration'
to 'replaces' metadata for draft-wkumari-dhc-addr-notification?
