Spencer, thank you for posting that.
I see lots of green, and also a fair bit of red.

I didn't yet have time to investigate what tests were more red than others,
but I guess the critical question is whether there was key mis-understandings
in RFC8415(bis) that caused the red.  Is there text that we could still
perhaps fix, even at this late date in the document process.
