Hi Michael, In our opinion, the failures we observed were not directly a result of unclear RFC language. Often failures were due to implementations not sending basic messages at the right times, like Renew and Decline messages, which we believe is quite clear in the RFC text. As a result, we don't have any specific edits to suggest.
