reviewer with disman background needed

Bob Cole <[email protected]> is looking for a disman
person to review a draft an provide comments.

This MIB module uses the disman event mib to provide an offline
performance capability. The work is being done in the manet
working group, which reportedly has little SMI and no disman
expertise, so your help would be valued.
