Since I edited these documents up to now (which are still Proposed Standards), I am volunteering myself to play the editor for these documents. I am not aware of many technical issues with these documents since most of them got fixed in the revision. The only thing I have on my TODO list is a broken range of the smLaunchRunIndexNext - I think there is also an errata for this out there on the RFC Editor pages. So I think the documents are in a reasonable good shape content wise and the hard part will be to collect implementation reports. Are there people out there on this list who can provide implementation reports for RFC 3231 and RFC 3165?
