One way would be to remove the dismanExpressionResourceGroup from
the Mandatory group. It is not essential to have the resource group
to realize the benefits of something like the Expression MIB.

This is not implemented.
In the present form the MO is of limited use - mainly because it
has units of seconds.

It was not implemented at all. We found it easier to let the user
or application configure rules for individual MOs.
