I've tested against: - unbound - dnsmasq - powerdns-recursor - bind9.7 All of these returned pipelined queries that I threw at them (upto a few hundred) OpenDNS worked as well. Google DNS worked but puts a limit of 64 queries on a TCP connection. I have not yet tested how long these servers and services keep idle connections open.
