Actually I think your DNAME example solves any issues for me.  If someone wanted to they could have

	_openpgpkey.foo.example.	DNAME	_email.foo.example.
	_smimecert.foo.example.	DNAME	_email.foo.example.

which is quite neat and hopefully makes DNAME a more common RR.
