Ondřej: If I were the moderator, this is what I'd do: Post a message making three points: - Say you are going to come up with guidelines. - Tell everyone what you just said "Personally, I think it is reasonable to require to disclose the usage of any tools that had been used to prepare materials submitted to IETF" as your interim policy.
