[DNSOP] Comments on draft-johani-dnsop-dnssec-alg-experimental -range-00

Hi Johan,

I glanced through 
draft-johani-dnsop-dnssec-alg-experimental-range-00.  The draft is 
relatively short.  I would drop Item 2 in Section 1 as it might 
distract from the intent, i.e. allocating experimental and private 
range codepoints.

I suggest having the IETF (it's the IESG which does it in practice) 
appoint the Designated Expert (Section 6).
