Circling back here after I saw (and replied to) the Call for Adoption.

I support adoption. We would be interested in implementing this, 
although we operate authoritative DNS rather than a recursive resolver.

Should the document also allow authoritative DNS servers to originate 
the||fdbs information, with corresponding guidance for recursive 
resolvers on preserving, attributing, and relaying it?

I realize this is a non-trivial expansion of scope.
