[DNSOP] [IANA #1456111] Early review: draft-ietf-dnsop -delegation-mgmt-via-ddns-02 (IETF 126)

Before the IETF meeting, we check working group agendas for documents with IANA-related issues. We have notes about this document:

Section 12 nit: there’s actually a colon in the name “DSYNC: Location of Synchronization Endpoints.” 

Section 12.2: This registry has been renamed “DNS SVCB Service Parameter Keys (SvcParamKeys).” 

Section 12.3: Please provide 1) the name of the registry group and 2) guidance for the designated experts (as described in RFC 8126, Sections 4.5 and 5.3).

Section 12.4: The “Extended DNS Error Codes” registry doesn’t have a “Mnemonic” field. Please see
