Hi all,
As you noticed, the latest version of the document includes major changes c=
ompared to the version that has WG consensus. Some of the changes are OK as=
these are addressing IETF LC, however the new text barrowed from DELEG doc=
ument requires some more attention from the WG. There is also an issue that=
surfaced recently about info deleg types that require WG discussion.
Taking that into account and after discussing with the authors, dnsop chair=
s, deleg chairs, and Tommy (deleg AD), I decided to return the document to =
the WG.
DNSOP chairs will provide more details about the plan for the next steps. R=
oy will report more details during deleg session today.
