The main body of the document is fine. Appendix A.1 and A.2 feel like advertising for the applications, not succinct explanations for how they do integration. This is an Informational document so such advertising will not do that much damage, but I would prefer the appendices to be shorter descriptions that more focused on "here is how we deal with domain name lifecycle", "here is how we deal with domain control validation", and so on.
