Action Items from Yokohama

In the meeting in Yokohama, we agreed to add state/status
additions to the Entity MIB.  We agreed that these
additions would be made within the same document as the
Entity MIB, in a separate table.

Sharon had agreed to send a proposal to the list for what
that table should contain -- Sharon have you had a chance
to work on this?  Could you put out a strawman in the next
week or two, so that we will have some time to discuss the
changes and get out a new Entity MIB document for Atlanta?

I have requested a one hour meeting slot in Atlanta,
primarily to discuss any open issues with the state/status
changes to the Entity MIB.  Please let me know if there
are other topics that we need to discuss, or if you think
that we will need more time.
