Entity State MIB: Open Issues?

I have attempted to determine consensus on what appears (to me) to be 
the remaining open issues with the Entity State MIB.

Are there other open issues that still require resolution?  Or are 
there "closed" issues for which anyone in the group disagrees with 
the resolution that Sharon has proposed?

I'd like to get all of the remaining issues (if any) on the table, so 
that we can get the final edits done and get this document submitted 
to the IESG ASAP.
