The proposal was to use a URI instead of an opaque object. This would
require to register a URN namespace for the CLEI codes, which I think
must be done by someone from Telcordia. In other words, the MIB
definition just becomes simpler since the description just says the
object (I forgot the name) contains a URI/URN.
