Status of the MIB formerly know as TCIF :-)

During the Entity MIB WG meeting at IETF 60 in Seoul, we discussed 
the status of the Supplemental Entity MIB.

We suggest that the name of this MIB be changed to something more 
descriptive.   Entity MIB Extensions for Manufacturing was suggested.

There was support for the idea that this MIB should be published as a 
sponsored individual submission.  Dan Romascanu restated his 
willingness to review the document.
