support for cpu(12) in Entity State MIB

Hi,

I tried to use the RT WEB site to enter a trouble ticket.
I do not have permissions to enter a new ticket for the
entity-state queue.  Rather than mess around with this
tool, I am telling the WG on the mailing list:

  - add text in section 2.3.x to define the appropriate
    MIB object values for a physical entity with an
    entPhysicalClass value of cpu(12).
