Yes but you can't do that without breaking other DNS types so as the
other person pointed out regardless if you agree with it or not you
can't just pick and choose which DNS types are more important as they
are all deemed to be equal.

I doubt you're approach will be allowed to become standardised if for no
other reason it breaks other DNS types so the benefit you are trying to
coax out isn't there at least won't be in RFCs.
