Send-N draft: draft-bellis-enum-send-n-02 published

I've just submitted draft-bellis-send-n-02 and it's available now online 
at http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-bellis-enum-send-n-02

Could those who commented so vigourously on the -00 draft and then failed 
to make any comment at all on -01 please take a look at this one and 
comment now so that we don't have to spend too long over it in Dublin?

The changes over -01 are relatively minor - mostly there were some small 
editorial nits and I've rewritten some of the text to make it a little 
clearer about the possible uses for this data.
