switches and send-n NAPTRs

Eh? Why would such a beast need send-n NAPTRs? Where are the  
requirements and how can this WG assess whether send-n meets those  
requirements? I would have assumed switches would have a priori  
knowledge of the prevailing numbering/routing plan irrespective of  
whether they used ENUM-like technology.
