EOS discussion time and date

Enough people said they'd be willing to hold a discussion, and I got a
suggestion that we should meet at the end of the DISMAN meeting since
a lot of the discussion-wanted people would be there and since the
DISMAN meeting was likely to not take up it's entire time slot.  So,
if anyone is interested in discussing the latest EOS draft, please
attend the DISMAN meeting which is from 1530-1730 on Wednesday Mar
19th (Room: Imperial A).
