TIFF-FX: technical changes since RFC 2301

"TIFF-FX" subject line is so you can delete the message if you don't care about the file format. -tiff-fx-11 has technical changes since RFC 2301: (1) Addition of image/tiff-fx MIME type (2) FillOrder=1 mandatory for all readers except profile S (3) elimination of ColorMap for profile L (4) changes to profile M (from Annex C) Compression=1 for LayerBaseColorIFDs, adding StripByteCounts (5) addition of GlobalParamtersIFD, FaxProfile, CodingMethods as options to profile F (in the table in section 4.7). Changes that are not 'removal of a feature' aren't allowed when moving from Proposed to Draft. (That's why my complaint about 'wrong document' was irrelevant.)
