I changed the definition of MAPTR record according to the syntax
defined in "draft-ietf-enum-rfc2916bis-03".

Definition of "Type" and "Subtype"  in NAPTR recoerd are added to the 
previous draft.

Yes. I submitted the draft "draft-toyoda-faxservice-enum-00" in 
this Feburary.  But, just after sbumitted it, I renamed that file and
submitted as "draft-ietf-fax-faxservice-enum-00" because it
is an item of working list in FAX WG. The draft 
"draft-ietf-fax-faxservice-enum-00" is not yet announced.
