We have posted a revised version of the Esmtp-Conneg draft 
"draft-ietf-fax-esmtp-conneg-07.txt" as the Internet-Draft.

We modified it according to comments before the meeting and some 
minor format and typographical changes. The main modified points are 
the following two.
