Claudio, CA> after some discussion, the IESG believes that CA> draft-ietf-fax-esmtp-conneg-10.txt should include a small section which CA> describes the scenario where CONNEG can be used, and cases where this CA> could not apply, i.e. some sort of applicability statement. I just realized that you are citing this as a formal IESG requirement. Would you please forward to the list the text of the formal IESG directive?
