Re: Internet FAX WG - we are FINALLY done!

Dear chairs,

Thank you very much, Allocchio-san and Tamura-san for completing all 
items of FAX WG goals.  And, I would like thank you very much to 
previous WG chairs, Dave-san and Rafferty-san. 

FAX WG has started as a BoF from June 1996 at Montreal meeting. 
I attended the meeting and have had valuable time for 8 years
since then by the leasership of chairs.
