Re: LC MIB draft

Apologies for the belated response.  Yes, I have read it and like the changes.

I would suggest a minor wording change in the DESCRIPTIONs to make them
consistent.

forcesAssociationTimeUp  is defined as
"The value of sysUpTime at the time this association entered the UP state."
which I like.

Several others use the phrase
"on this association since it is up."
which for me does not read so well.  I suggest changing these to
"on this association since the assocation entered the UP state.

Not worth a re-issue IMO but worth changing as it goes forward.
