model drasft

I would like to make a suggestion concerning the progress of the
model draft. Apart from Joel nobody in the authors list has been
active and we already have the max number of authors reached. So
I would suggest we put the non active authors into an acknowledgment
section as "Authors emeritus". This would open up room to find
new active editors willing to work on the draft. Would there be
new people willing to work on the model?
