Given that this table is just so that the CE can determine that the 
FEs are neighbors, and over which interfaces, I don't think the media 
address adds any value.  If it matches what is configured on the 
other device, then it is redundant.  And if it does not match, then 
the CE has no idea what to do with it.

Remember that for this table the other end has to be an FE under the 
control of the same CE.
