Here is the I-D announcement for the model revision. It needs the IANA template. While I have not formally closed all tracker items, I believe they are all dealt with. People should read this as if it were the Working Group last call. It is up to the chairs whether we issue the last call now, or get wait till the revision with any comments people make and the IANA template. Yours, Joel M.
